Macramé workshops

Ever wanted to learn macramé for yourself? It’s a great hobby and can be learnt by any age from 9 to 99!

Having a hen or pre wedding party and looking for an activity? You could make ‘contributions’ to the wedding such as macramé candle / flower jars, or maybe a wall hanging for the couple where everyone has contributed a different part? Or everyone can simply make their own easy hanging/ plant holder/ macramé jar to take home as a memento. Happy to discuss your own ideas!?

I offer workshops at various venues and details of upcoming workshops are below. I am also open to other venues that are looking to host workshops, please contact me to discuss.

I can also come to your home if you can get a group of friends or family together. You would need a minimum of 4 people and space to accommodate two clothes rails that I bring for us to work from.

I currently only offer this within a 10 mile radius of Barnstaple, however I would consider further if the cost of travel was covered by the participants. You can choose from beginner or intermediate class and I would be happy to discuss and agree the project that everyone will do. Materials will be included in cost.

Workshops are currently available as part of a Hen Party (or any party!) package with Tarka Pottery in Little Torrington. The package is to make a your own pot and then a macramé pot plant hanger.
