Hi, and thanks for coming to my website! I am Jill Ackland, and Knot again Jill is my boho, vintage, and macrame, prop hire business, to serve weddings and other events.

I live in North Devon and the beautiful beaches here are a major part of my inspiration. They also inspire me to be as eco friendly as possible in my work, so I love to use driftwood that I collect myself from these beaches, my fibres are recycled and I like to re-use and recycle wherever I can. Many of my pieces are collected from charity shops, flea markets, auctions etc., and I love to repair, reuse and repurpose. My clients are usually eco-conscious and looking for sustainable prop hire as well as local suppliers in order to help reduce the carbon footprint of their event.

I started creating macramé pieces in 2017, and made my first large wedding backdrop in 2018. I fell in love with creating larger pieces, and of course weddings!

I started the hire option because I was starting to collect more than just macramé pieces - and I have a love for a boho and/or vintage look! My hire range is forever increasing so if you don’t see what you are looking for please ask!

I have a large range of backdrops, always increasing as I come up with new ideas. I also want to work with your ideas to create a package just for you - I can create pieces for your style and vision that you can hire.
